Die Besitzer dieser Ferienwohnung haben an alles gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Der Höhepunkt ist die charmante, große Terrasse mit Essbereich, Grill und Sonnenliegen sowie einem beeindruckenden 9 x 3 Meter großen Swimmingpool. Und wenn Sie Bergblicke möchten, steigen Sie einfach auf die Dachterrasse!
Im Erdgeschoss verbindet der stilvolle Aufenthaltsraum tatsächlich das Traditionelle mit dem Zeitgenössischen. Dies führt zu einer geräumigen offenen Designerküche/Essbereich. Die Möbel und Ausstattungen sind von sehr hoher Qualität und wurden sorgfältig aus Boutiquen in ganz Europa ausgewählt.

Villa Llum is in the most wonderful location in the heart of Pollensa. The pool is amazing and the garden is lovely and tranquil. We had a really great time. Ben was very quick to respond to our queries/requests. There were a few very minor things thmehr anzeigen
Villa Llum is in the most wonderful location in the heart of Pollensa. The pool is amazing and the garden is lovely and tranquil. We had a really great time. Ben was very quick to respond to our queries/requests. There were a few very minor things that could be improved but nothing that had any negative impact on our holiday. We would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely property in this gorgeous town. One thing to note for families with young children - there is no bath, only showers!

We were three generations of one family away for a week and the Villa was ideal. My parents (in their late 70’s) used the downstairs bedroom which has easy access to the pool area. Everyone always was scattered around the house. It is so big that noimehr anzeigen
We were three generations of one family away for a week and the Villa was ideal. My parents (in their late 70’s) used the downstairs bedroom which has easy access to the pool area. Everyone always was scattered around the house. It is so big that noise does not travel and so we all had great sleep without being disturbed by my teenage kids coming in late at nightmy parents up early in the morning. Ideal. The location is central and Pollenca is on the doorsteps. It is extremely attractive and has great shops and restaurants. The pool area is impressive. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful week.

This villa is beautiful and well laid out with a spacious kitchen and lounge area and a large table to eat outside. The location to town is incredible just a few minutes from the town square for dinner and drinksa morning coffee. There are three smalmehr anzeigen

The location to town is incredible just a few minutes from the town square for dinner and drinksa morning coffee. There are three small supermarkets in close proximity and the bus stop is just a 4/5 minute walk away, providing easy links to the beach in just 15 minstrips to Alcudia etc. The Pollensa market on Sunday was the best Mallorcan market we have experienced to date and well worth a visit.
Pollentia Rentals were great to deal with and made themselves available for any questions whilst we were staying in the villa. We would book through Pollentia Rentals again. |

Stunning house in an amazing location! Literally 2 streets away from the square in Pollensa old town! Polllentia Rentals was brilliant at providing info before arrival. Directions spot on and the welcome pack included a bottle of wine, crisps and milmehr anzeigen

Communication with Pollentia Rentals was very good with quick responses as well as useful tips (e.g. car hire and airport transfers where they take transfer bikes). 10/10 would stay again!
