This modern, spacious apartment is just minutes away the famous Pine Walk and golden sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa. The sea and harbour views from the large 'wrap around´ balcony are breathtaking. Just imagine having your holiday breakfast there every morning and then popping across the road for a swim and some beach time.

This apartment to rent is on the third floor. There is a lift, a ramp and intercom entry system.

From the hallway which is ideal for storing bikes, pushchairs and beach accessories, you step into a lovely, bright living/dining room, with comfortable sofas, modern, relaxing decor and sliding doors which open out onto the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge and dishwasher and there is a separate utility area with a washing machine.

In total the holiday apartment sleeps six guests. There is a large double room with plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, a double room and a twin bedded room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

There is a huge choice of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants right next to the apartment. A rental car is not necessary.

This is a perfect opportunity to stay right by the sea in Puerto Pollensa, in a beautiful, clean, bright and tastefully furnished apartment with exceptional views.

The holiday villa is air conditioned.

Fantastic apartment, so clean and spacious, modern and perfect for a family of 4 with one set of grandparents. The whole apartment was just lovely and they even provided a high chair and cot. It had all the things that you might need with small children, like home from home. There was air con in each room, hair dryers, beach towels, nespresso machine, WiFi and we could use Netflix with our password. They had snacks and drinks on our arrivals as well! Amazing. The location was perfect for us, 2 mins from the beach and near all the shops, bars and restaurants. It didn’t bother us at all not having a pool as the beach and sea was perfect for our little tots. I totally recommend this apartment and the hosts, just brilliant. Would definitely come back again.

The villa may equipped with CCTV cameras but these will not be accessed by any party during the duration of the rental, they are there for when the property is empty and the alarm is on.
