This modern ground floor apartment is in the highly desirable Bellresguard complex in Puerto Pollensa. It is an excellent holiday rental that ticks all the boxes. Just 200 metres from the stunning Pine Walk and Puerto Pollensa beach it is set in a private key-code gated community for extra peace of mind.

Behind the apartment in Bellesreguard there is a covered dining area in a pretty private garden. The front of the apartment opens out onto a smaller lawn and then directly out to a lovely communal pool. The pool is set in a beautiful grounds with streams and ponds interlinked by little pathways. You can sit back on your sunlounger with a book while the children explore, swim and make new friends.

The apartment is built over 80 square metres (860 square feet). The front door opens onto an attractive, tastefully furnished, comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room which comes with English satellite and smart TV - so you won´t miss out on any big matches when you are on holiday! The kitchen is well equipped and has a door to a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The apartment sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms: a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds. The twin and bunk bedded rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This fabulous family holiday apartment in the Bellesreguard complex is walking distance from Puerto Pollensa bay, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants a short walk away, as well as a handy supermarket and restaurant/bar next door to the complex.

A rental car is not essential, which means that no one has to worry about driving, There is parking next to the apartment block if you need it.

The holiday villa is air conditioned.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Eco Tax is included in the rental price.

We absolutely loved our week in Puerto Pollensa. The accommodation is exactly (if not better!) than pictured and described on the listing. The space and amenities were perfect for our family of four (daughter 21, son 13) modern, very adequately equipped and spotlessly clean. The grounds around the complex are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is a good size and there are also natural ponds with frogs and terrapins which we enjoyed looking at. The mountainous views from the apartment and complex are also stunning. The complex also has a well stocked shop, cafe and bar which came in handy. The location is great. It''s only a short stroll across the road to the Pine Walk and beaches and a leisurely 10 minute amble to the restaurants, shops and main centre of the resort. We would definitely recommend this apartment and resort and hope to return.

June 2019 We have just returned from our stay in this wonderful apartment and I can''t recommend it highly enough. This is our third time in Puerto Pollensa and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The apartment is pristine, spotless and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need during your holiday. The best thing was the proximity to the pool - literally on the front door, which is wonderful for kids. The apartment is also a very short stroll to the beautiful pine walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
