Casa Rosada (la casa rosa) es una encantadora casa de pueblo en la hermosa y residencial aldea costera de Cala San Vicente
El espacio exterior está bien diseñado. Hay un pequeño jardín, un área de comedor recién pavimentada y una maravillosa barbacoa empotrada - puedes escapar del calor del verano aquí y disfrutar de la sombra natural de los pinos.
Este adosado tiene un increíble jacuzzi privado en la azotea, con impresionantes vistas al mar - el lugar definitivo para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.
Comparte una gran piscina y una terraza al sol con otras dos casas.
Construido en tres plantas, la planta baja tiene una zona de estar/comedor luminosa y de planta abierta, con muebles nuevos, una gran Smart TV y una estufa de leña (ideal para descansos de invierno). Hay una terraza de comedor soleada y de buen tamaño junto a la sala de estar que da vista a la piscina y a un bonito bosque. ¡Muy relajante! Esta planta también cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada.
En la primera planta hay tres dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio doble tiene una cama de 140 cm, un baño en suite con bañera y ducha. La casa está a solo cinco minutos a pie de las espectaculares playas de Cala San Vicente. El resort ofrece buceo, kayak y paddle surf.

We had a beautiful stay here for a week in Northern Mallorca. The house was as described and was very clean, nicely appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful roof-top hot-tub. The pool (shared with two neighboring homes) was delightful and we enjoyed getting to know the friendly, local neighbors. The very best part was the location. Walkable to two small beaches, both of which were great for sunning, snorkeling, and relaxing. Even better, these beaches are not crowded, as many Mallorcan beaches seem to be. (Indeed, the very next week we traveled to the southeast side of Mallorca and the beaches were clobbered with people). Nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and we had no issues finding parking nearby. Highly recommend!! We will come back. |

The house was great - a real Spanish villa feel and just the size we needed. It was too cold to sit outside much but in the summer the terrace would be ideal. We loved being near the mountains and found lots of nice walks nearby. The one minus about the house for me was the kitchen was a bit small but apart from that we loved the house and found it met all our needs. Thank you! |

We were with young children, so only negatives are that there’s quite a lot of steps inside and outside the house - it’s safe, but you just have to be careful with the little ones. It’s also a fairly long walk to the beach (it’s ok for older kids), so we ended up driving to the beach sometimes. Aside from that, it was perfect - the pool is great, there was just one other family using it for part of the stay, and most days we had it for ourselves. The rooftop jacuzzi was great, you get a view of the sea and mountains. The view from the living room across was really nice too. The barbecue area was really good and had some trees around so you can eat outside comfortably even when it’s quite hot. Great stay overall!

The house is really charming, clean and modern – jacuzzi on the roof was a real hit as was the pool and lounging area. Already planning to stay here again with the husband and kids for a longer break next year! |

Casa Pageses es una encantadora casa de pueblo en una calle pintoresca paralela a las famosas escaleras del Calvario en el casco antiguo de Pollensa.
