Casa Del Sol is a gorgeous first floor corner apartment in Puerto Pollensa bay with a large, heated communal swimming pool.
It has the charm and incredible views of a villa, with the convenience of a seaside apartment.
This is a real hidden gem, conveniently located in community grounds just behind the prestigious, four star Club del Sol hotel and spa. The apartment is just 100m from a handy shop and the Hideaway restaurant. And a very short walk to the glistening Puerto Pollensa bay and Llenaire beach.
Casa del Sol has two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both with ensuite bathrooms. The double has a shower and the twin a shower and bath – ideal for small children.
The apartment has a relaxed, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, complete with a huge TV! There is a lovely cosy terrace just off the living room – the perfect place to enjoy that morning coffee.
A second larger terrace offers breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains and the Albufereta park. Sit back on the L-shaped sofa, have fire up the ´big green egg´ bbq and get into the holiday spirit!
Outside children can play happily on the lawn while you enjoy lunch (there is also a table and chairs here) or have a dip in the 12-metre communal pool. The pool is heated from April to June and September until the end of October. Unusual for communal pools.
With AC throughout, fast WiFi (for streaming or remote working) and spectacular views, this really is a great choice for your next holiday in Puerto Pollensa.

What an amazing stay at Casa del Sol! The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need — we immediately felt at home. Everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. The hosts’ hospitality was outstanding: warm, friendly and always quick and helpful in communication. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the mountains and lush surroundings. Just a short drive away is the wonderful Pollença and other beautiful Spanish villages that are absolutely worth visiting. The pool and peaceful setting complete the experience. We had an unforgettable stay and would love to come back!

“Just returned from a week here and didn’t want to leave. The apartment is fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations. Everything has been thought of and it is equipped with everything you could need and more. Rooms are light and spacious, and the outdoor terraces are wonderful to enjoy a morning coffee,a bbq in the evening. The pool area is perfect, and we also enjoyed some leisurely lunches at the poolside hideaway restaurant. The villa is based just outside of Puerto Pollensa next to a hotel complex that has a small shop / bakery located within it. 5 minute walk to a shingle beach and a 20 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa but there is a nearby bus stop if you would prefer not to walk, we had a car for the 7 days which I would recommend. Anne and her family are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful, and more than happy to provide lots of tips and recommendations for the local area This apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Puerto Pollensa and we will come back in the future!!”

Apartment Tramuntana is a newly renovated holiday apartment, just 7 minutes´ walk from the spectacular beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
The apartment has two good-sized bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom. The main, double room (with a 160cm bed) has a bathroom with a shower over the bath (ideal for children). The other bedroom is a twin (the beds can be pushed together) and its bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bursting with light and mountain views, apartment Tramuntana has a comfortable, open plan living/dining room and very well-equipped modern kitchen. All appliances are new!
There are two terraces, one off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals. The second is a large roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase. Here you can enjoy magnificent views, including of Pollensa Bay (just!). A real sun trap, this is The Place to soak up some sun and enjoy a cool evening drink.
Located on the second floor (there is a lift!), in a quiet, well-maintained block, the apartment has a wonderful swimming pool, shared with only 9 other apartments (although many never use the pool).
There is good WiFi throughout, and AC. Please note, AC is available from 1 - 3pm and 8pm until 6am.
The apartment is perfect for a couple, young family or two friends sharing.
