This stone-fronted apartment (which feels like a single storey townhouse) has two double bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom/office space that leads to a magnificent terrace. The bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also an outside shower.
Set in an elevated location on the side of the famous Calvario hill in Pollensa, the views from the terrace are breathtaking - across the entire town and the sea! As well as a large table and sun loungers, there is also a handy ´casita´ with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space. There are two bikes here which you are welcome to use.
The apartment has a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen with a little table for cosy meals. The living room has a ceiling fan and fireplace. All three bedrooms have AC and wardrobes. There are also plug-in radiators through-out.
The entire apartment and wood work was re-plastered and painted in August 2026 so it fells fresh and inviting. The furniture and decor is stylish, comfortable and welcoming.
Parking is available on the parallel Calle Creus or in the Pont Roma car park. Calle Estrella itself is very quiet and is a picture perfect narrow little road with no through traffic.
