La Perla is a gated newly built complex just 400 metres from the beach and walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and a Spar supermarket.
La Perla has a large, beautiful swimming pool, sunbathing zone with loungers and a lawned area - ideal for children.
The apartment has three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a bunk bed room. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite to the master and a shared bathroom. There is also a washing machine and terrace for drying clothes and beach towels

This ground floor apartment is in the much sought after Bellresguard community, just 200 metres from the Pine Walk and Puerto Pollensa beach.
The apartment is next to a lovely communal pool in beautiful grounds with streams and ponds connected by little pathways. It is a perfect spot to relax and adults and children can also enjoy the pool.

This first floor apartment is in the desirable Bellresguard complex in Puerto Pollensa, just minutes from the famous Pine Walk
Just 100 metres from stunning Pollensa Bay with its golden sand beaches, Bellresguard is very popular with families, especially as there is a large communal swimming pool in very pretty grounds
This apartment is in the Brite block. It has a charming terrace, with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy delicious lunches with views of the pool and mountains.
The décor is fresh with a wonderful "holiday by the sea" feel and the living space has comfortable sofas, a TV, brand new dining table and an open-plan kitchen. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and plenty of space for your beach kit
There are three bedrooms, a large double, a twin room and a room with bunk beds. Conveniently there are two bathrooms, one with a bath (ideal for small children) and one with a walk-in shower.
