This ground floor apartment has a communal pool and is in a peaceful neighbourhood, and just a 2 minute walk to Llenaire beach
The apartment is one in a block of just nine. As it is conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is direct access from the apartment terrace to the communal pool and garden. The pool also has a separate, shallow children's area.
The community rules state that the pool area must not be used between 3 and 5pm, during the siesta time. We kindly ask you to respect this, Thank you!
Inside the apartment, there is an open-plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a large Smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pretty breakfast terrace overlooking the pool
The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twins. There are two bathrooms. One has been recently renovated and has a stunning walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower
Guests can enjoy the 20 minute walk along the pretty seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollensa where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is very child-friendly and there is a wooden play area which will entertain your little ones for hours.
There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space next to the apartment if you do decide to hire a car.

An excellent accommodation layout with 3 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room had plenty seating with a good sized dining table. The outside pool and grass area was great for our grandkid. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Tsee more

A check on useful beach umbrella occasionally would be useful as both were broken. We replaced the umbrella and bought a beach chair which we left both.

Logement très agréable, spacieux, avec accès direct à la piscine, assez peu fréquentée même en juillet. Linge, draps, et serviettes de bain à disposition. Très bien équipé avec four, LV, LL, SL. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, et mention spéciale, il nous a laissé profiter du logement quelques heures de plus pour attendre notre taxi pour l'aéroport. Seul point d'amélioration: du matériel de cuisine et des couverts! 6 couteaux et fourchettes pour un appartement pour 6...pas besoin d'utiliser le lave vaisselle... Et s'il vous plait, mettez une ou deux grandes poêles :). A ce détail près, je recommande ce logement !

Lovely apartment in fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. The owners left 2 bicycles for our use, which was really great. All keys were very clearly labelled and apartment was very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic location and great sized apartment. The air conditioning was much needed after a day in the sun! Lovely pool which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves for a few days. Loved the location - just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Thsee more

Great communication from the host. The apartment was lovely and clean. It’s well located for the beach and only a 10 minso walk from the actual port with more bars and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay. Balcony area was a bit smaller than expected see more
