A few steps up, past tubs of oleander plants, there is a sun-drenched roof terrace which is big enough to include sun loungers, a large sofa and bean bag, plus a luxurious outdoor shower. This terrace is idyllic at all times of the day. Views of the rooftops and the neighbour´s impressive art creation are the icing on the cake!
Once inside, there is a charming staircase up to the first floor, where everything is conveniently on one floor. The living space is open plan and designed with maximum relaxation and easy living in mind.
Guests will love the stunning Mallorcan stone floors, gorgeously deep sofa, cosy wood burning stove, and the generous indoor dining spaces. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to create delicious Mediterranean dishes. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and handy tumble dryer.
The two stylish bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds and are very spacious. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and the other with a large walk-in shower. Fluffy towels and excellent quality bedding are included.

In the kitchen it has all the utensils that may be needed and there is oil, sugar paper, coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, etc. The terrace is great for breakfast in the morningsfor a drink at night. Beds are comfortable. And everything is very clean. We only saw two things that could be improved: the TV is in German, you don't see Spanish channels. But if you don't see a lot of TV, as is our case, that's fine. And the other is parking, if you arrive later than 9pm, it is very difficult to park either on the streetsin public parking. Still the house is highly recommended

It is not a cheap apartment at all but the bed linen and its quality really needs to be improved, they do not meet the standard of the rest of the apartmenthow much is charged 2. there needs to be a starter pack in the property as well as clear advice about the need for mosquito protection. Had emergency doctor appointment due to severe reaction to mosquitos - they are mentioned in passing in the handbook but they need to be mentioned more clearly and even have a "starter pack" available for visitors to the apartment for ease to prevent bites whilst sorting out protection 3. market day - no mention in the handbook about not parking - so whilst we knew the market was on - no idea how it would be arranged - car towed and had to be collected from pound! yes there are road signs - but for ease of visitors make it "idiot proof" and tell them and maybe give a map of the area.

Number 11 is a townhouse which has been recently renovated to a very high standard.
The highlight of the house is the clever use of outside space. Built into a rock face over three floors, guests can enjoy a relaxing seating area with sofa, a covered dining terrace and a sun deck with loungers. On the top deck, there is a fabulous glass-fronted swimming pool with exceptional views of the pretty terracotta rooftops and the surrounding countryside.
Inside, on the ground floor, the house has a large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, open plan kitchen with all modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a cosy inside dining space with elegant, designer furniture.
Built over three levels, the bedrooms are all brand new, luxuriously comfortable and have spacious walk-in showers. The master bedroom on the first floor has a 2 metre double bed, Silestone freestanding bath (in the bedroom!) and separate shower and WC. This is a very large bedroom with superb views.
Also on the first floor, there is a delightful double bedroom with a 180cm double bed and a private bathroom. This room has a freestanding bath in the bedroom as well - very much like a boutique hotel featured in a magazine. Four friends staying in the house can each have their own en-suite bedroom.
The occupancy for this property is four people. There are also two further en-suite bedrooms, a double (180cm bed) and a twin on the second floor
A garage offers lockable storage for bikes and has wall mounted racks, and a pump.
Number 11 is just a few minutes´ walk to the heart of the main square in Pollensa with its wonderful bars, restaurants, and bustling Sunday market. The beautiful hotel Sant Jordi is just round the corner and offers a lovely setting for outside dining and drinks
Puerto Pollensa is 7 kms from the property. This is the closest beach, and is very popular. Cala San Vinçente and Playa de Formentor, equally stunning golden sand beaches, are a short drive away.
This townhouse is highly recommended for 4 friends, two couples, a family or a group of cyclists. Highly recommended!

Situated in the heart of Pollensa old town, Can Williams is a typical Mallorcan townhouse.
With wooden beams, terracotta tiles, white-washed walls (metres thick), and many charming nooks and crannies, the owners have worked hard to create a comfortable, stylish holiday house in Pollensa.
The ground floor is open-plan. It has a good-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and very cool lighting. It is well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and two coffee machines! There is also a dining room that seats four guests and a hall which is perfect for bike storage if you are a keen cyclist.
Upstairs on the first floor there is a cozy sitting room, with a relaxing Mediterranean colour scheme and a smart TV so you can chill out on the sofa after a day on the beach, or perhaps exploring the island.
The house has two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor and on the second floor there is a master bedroom, which has a TV and an en-suite with a separate bath and shower.
Not to be missed is the pretty roof terrace on the top floor with spectacular views over the town. You can have your evening aperitif up there and as the benches convert into sun loungers, you can also sunbathe up there during the day
