        Casa Hill is a recently renovated townhouse located moments from the famous Calvario steps in the heart of Pollensa village.
Built over three floors, the house has four bedrooms and three stylish, modern bathrooms. The ground floor is open-plan and includes a sumptuous designer sofa, large Smart TV, dining area and modern kitchen which has every possible appliance for your holiday culinary creations. There is also a handy downstairs toilet
The first floor has three bedrooms. A double and twin share one bathroom and a larger double is en-suite. The top floor has a further large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is AC and central heating throughout the property. As well as fibre optic Wi-Fi.
Professionally interior designed, the furnishing and finishing touches are a joy. Such a great use of Mediterranean colours and fabrics
The cherry on the cake is the outside space.
At the top of the house there is a large dining terrace (with a BBQ) that catches the delightful morning sun. A wrought iron staircase takes you to a glorious sun-drenched roof-terrace with breathtaking views across the entire village and the Puig de Maria.
Here you can enjoy the hot tub (can also be lit up at night!) and soak up the rays on sun loungers. There are few better places to unwind

 Within very easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants, cafés and bars and yet offering plenty of outdoor space, this villa offers the perfect mix of days by the pool, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. It really is one of the most popular top of the range townhouses to rent in Pollensa - it is a great base for exploring the local area and is perfect for five couples, or for families.

                Lleo Eleven is comfortable, beautifully furnished and right in the centre of Pollensa close to the famous Calvario steps.
 
 This delightful townhouse has been charmingly renovated to an extremely high standard, retaining many of its original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone walls.
 
 On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and an interior courtyard where there is a plunge-pool and a shaded seating area - ideal for a cool drink. There is also a separate TV/sitting room with air conditioning.
 
 Lleo 11 has three terraces, one on the ground floor with a barbecue and the plunge pool, a larger dining terrace on the first floor and a sun-drenched second floor terrace with sun loungers on the roof. The views from this terrace are stunning.
 
 There are four bedrooms on the first and second floors, 2 very large double rooms and 2 good-sized, characterful twin rooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other two have separate bathrooms. The bedding and towels are of the highest quality
