Can Xiprers is a luxury townhouse which has been fully renovated. It offers maximum comfort, privacy, a plunge pool and ultra fast WiFi throughout the house
Close to the main square, this is one of the most beautifully designed houses in the village. The ground floor is open-plan and includes a fantastic living/dining room with a lovely window seat which overlooks the pool. and a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Siemens appliances and induction hob - the owners are keen cooks, so it is very well equipped
The charming courtyard offers a plunge pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a custom-built seating area, ideal for relaxing with a book.
On the first floor, the large king-sized bedroom features double doors opening onto a balcony overlooking cypress trees - hence the name Can Xiprers. The second bedroom has a Juliet balcony with a patio, and can be prepared as a super-king or twin-bedded room. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished, have climate-controlled cooling, large wardrobes and very comfortable beds.
The shared bathroom has a large walk-in glass panelled rainfall shower and a beautiful, traditional Mallorcan tiled floor
The generous second-floor master suite is exquisite, with its vaulted-ceiling and immaculately preserved original stone wall. This impressive room, also climate-controlled, has an exceptionally comfortable super-king bed, and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the views from the two Juliet balconies
Across the landing is a deluxe, five-star bathroom with a stylish sink, large freestanding Philip Stark slipper bath, Kartell wall lights and a glass panelled rainfall shower.
Also on this floor is a small terrace with bistro table and chairs, an idyllic space to feel the sun on your face, read a book or enjoy a morning coffee.
A warehouse-style metal staircase takes you to the main roof terrace. Sit back on the comfortable Ketal sofa and take in the fabulous panorama of Pollensa town and the iconic local mountain, Puig de Maria.
The house is exceptionally well set up for remote working, with ample desk space, ultrafast 1Gb broadband and a powerful WiFi network which provides instant connectivity throughout the property.
Nearby parking and good access to local buses and taxis make this central location ideal for exploring the rest of the island, including the golden sand beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. This high-end house is perfect for a couple, family or small group of friends- you won’t want to leave!

The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.
I am trying not to turn this review into a food blog but I really enjoyed the food in Pollenca. Mares and their bbq rabbit and chicken. I need to go back..I loved the bbq rabbit. Bar Alhambra served superb tapas, especially croquettes with squid ink. Not far from the house is Nos. Really good cuttlefish stew and not to mention the suckling pig.! Sorry I am all about food and drinks.. Pollenca will not disappoint. There are lots of other good places, check out the house manual lots of gems inside. Pollentia Rental was very helpful. Very quick with info and always available. Thank you for the lovely house. A special mention should go to “9 Sadanar” the nearby bar. Magalida the landlady and Louis the barman were super nice and friendly. I spent most mornings there having a nice cortado, croissant and tortilla were fabulous. |

We have stayed in many Airbnb places across Europe over the years but Can Xipres is without doubt one of the best, if not the best we have ever found. It’s super comfortable and the attention to detail is second to none, it felt like we were staying in a five star boutique hotel, beautiful decor and furnishings.
The location is perfect, being in the heart of the old town in Pollença yet beside a peaceful and quiet square. A fully equipped kitchen meant staying in and cooking for the family was a real pleasure yet we were within a few minutes walk of wonderful restaurants and cafés in the old town, so no worry about who’s driving for the evening. Lots of great walks nearby and the beautiful beaches of Port de Pollença only ten minutes drive away. We found it hard to leave and return home and will definitely be booking another holiday there soon. We were very lucky to find this amazing property. |

This wonderful, centrally located townhouse is a real haven in this gorgeously busy little town. We loved the bright, open interiors, which were cool and restful, even on the hottest of days, and the courtyard with plunge pool and roof terraces meant that we could hang out as a family but also get some peace. The house is really stylish and has been furnished with really high-quality pieces that make it feel like a curated, high end boutique hotel. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than ours back home, and the master bathroom is a dream! Loved the roof terrace views, too! We will be back.
