Villa Beltran is a real find. It is a charming finca with magnificent views over Santa Magdalena hill, close to Inca and just 30 minutes´ drive from vibrant Palma
This is a chance to stay in the heart of the real Mallorca, away from the main tourist resorts. Owned by two English sisters, Villa Beltran is an idyllic stone-clad finca with many original features and pretty bright blue shutters. It ticks all the boxes - the pool is enormous, the views are spectacular, there is a built-in barbecue and a large covered terrace for long Mediterranean lunches. it is the perfect summer holiday villa.
The grounds are just stunning in Villa Beltran. The flower beds are bursting with colourful plants and guests can enjoy sunbathing around the very large pool, ideal for doing lengths!
Downstairs the living space is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with all sorts of charming nooks and crannies. The kitchen is very well equipped and opens out onto the outdoor terrace. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three further good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.
If you want to drive to the beach, it is just 25 minutes from the villa. The nearby town of Inca has an excellent market, plenty of restaurants and good shops. Sa Pobla is just 10 minutes away by car and has some of the best tapas restaurants on the island. Some of the most delightful villages, nestled in the mountains which have lovely walks and great restaurants are also easily accessible.
This house is Ideal for two families sharing and if you are happy to enjoy rural Mallorca, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, this is a great holiday choice.
