La Vinyeta is a charming villa in the leafy residential area of La Font just outside Pollensa town
A traditional stone country house which has been recently renovated, it is in the heart of the countryside, yet it is easy to reach (with its striking yellow signage!)
The garden has a huge lawn and a gated swimming pool which can be heated (charged at €300 per week). There is also a playground area including swings, a seesaw and lots of wildlife! The villa also has several terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. The beautiful chill out sunloungers are handmade and very stylish.
The ground floor of this holiday rental property in Pollensa has a comfortable open-plan living / dining room with a huge satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave and a dishwasher.
All of the bedrooms in this holiday villa are a good size and comfortable with fresh, cheerful decor. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin room with a large bathroom. The ground floor is also wheelchair friendly.
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. These rooms have wooden floors which is unusual in Mallorca. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The roof terrace offers fantastic panoramic views of the garden and the Tramuntana mountains.
Stylish, comfortable and very well maintained, the villa is just 1.5 kms from Pollensa old town and a 10 minute drive away the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
It is the perfect holiday villa for families with young children, or a group of friends sharing. It comes highly recommended!

The Villa was excellent for our family with small children, the fence around the pool was reassuring, the space was lovely. We loved the donkey especially! The service was amazing and the Villa very relaxing with plenty of the extras that other genersee more

Nice touches including pool towels and welcome food, dishwasher tablets etc, all make the holiday easier. Location close to bus stops. Just lovely!

The villa is surrounded by beautiful lawns and outdoor space which make for perfect family holidays. The pool is larger than average (12 x 4 metres) and has a built in jacuzzi which make it even more inviting. It is a very peaceful location and the views of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains are stunning.

The villa is just 4 kms from Pollensa old town and 3 kms from Puerto Pollensa with its family-friendly, golden beaches. Both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa have a wide range of good restaurants, cafés and bars. There is also a bustling market on a Sunday in Pollensa and on a Tuesday in Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Segui is a spectacular villa with a pool, just a short walk from Pollensa.
This wonderful, open-plan villa has been fully renovated to the highest standard. It is in the highly desirable Ternelles Valley and has the huge benefit of being in a very peaceful spot, yet only a 10´minute walk (or short bike ride) to Pollensa old town.
The jewel in the crown is almost certainly the garden with a pristine soft, green lawn, beautifully cared for plants, colourful flowers and a very inviting swimming pool. There are sun loungers for all guests and an outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas. Sit back, relax with a book and a chilled drink, or if you are feeling energetic, have a game of table tennis .
And for the cyclists among you, there is space for bike storage. Everything you need to make this a truly memorable holiday!
Villa Segui has a spacious living room, a brand new, designer kitchen with all the equipment and appliances you could ever need, including a state-of-the art coffee machine, and separate wine fridge. There are also three dining areas, a hand-crafted bespoke dining table, a charming courtyard dining space plus a pool-side table.
The villa has four good-sized double bedrooms – two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are en-suite with plenty of wardrobe space and have very comfortable mattresses.
Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy a large terrace with sofas and a breathtaking view of the famous Calvario and the local mountain, Puig de Maria.
