Olivo De La Roca is a newly built villa close to Pollensa Golf, built in a traditional rustic style, this holiday rental villa leands itself to an unforgettable holiday.
The property is set in it’s own rural area, with no close neighbours
The main lounge the perfect place to hang out all year round. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter months with a wood burning fire. The view of the pool and surrounding mountains from the living room is truly one of a kind.
There`s a flat screen satellite TV to keep up with all your favourite programmes while on holiday! You also benefit from WiFi throughout as well as a sexy SONOS sound system.
The dining area is contemporary in style featuring a large solid wood dining table seating up to eight. A great place to enjoy an evening meal with family and friends as the sun sets over the hills.
The kitchen has all the mod cons you need for your holiday – including a large American fridge-freezer, a choice of coffee machines, juicer and everything else you could need. There is also a breakfast table, and from here you will have access to an outside patio seating eight people if you wish to take breakfast outside.
The spacious master suite is something else. From here you enjoy spectacular views overlooking the Tramuntana Mountains; even better when viewed from your own private terrace.
There are two more bedrooms on this floor; a twin bedroom with a built in desk, a large closet and en suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom once again with an en suite and it`s own private balcony with table and chairs with views to the Puig.
And downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and private terrace.
The garden and lawn areas are great for the children to play, there is also a table tennis table, hammock and football goals, for the kids (of all ages!) to enjoy.
The pool can be heated in the cooler months

The villa is surrounded by beautiful lawns and outdoor space which make for perfect family holidays. The pool is larger than average (12 x 4 metres) and has a built in jacuzzi which make it even more inviting. It is a very peaceful location and the views of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains are stunning.
Guests have a choice of covered dining terraces: one is off the kitchen and has a built-in barbecue and its own lemon, orange and lime trees - perfect for your gin and tonic! Villa Mateu accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. There is a double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who might prefer not to use the stairs. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom has stunning 90 degree views and an ensuite bathroom complete with an oval jacuzzi bath, and a walk-in shower. There are also two charming twin rooms which share a bathroom.
The villa is just 4 kms from Pollensa old town and 3 kms from Puerto Pollensa with its family-friendly, golden beaches. Both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa have a wide range of good restaurants, cafés and bars. There is also a bustling market on a Sunday in Pollensa and on a Tuesday in Puerto Pollensa.
This charming villa really does tick all the boxes. It is the perfect holiday villa for families with young children or teenagers, families holidaying with grandparents or for groups of friends.

Villa Joya is a beautiful villa in easy walking distance to Pollensa, with a private pool and stunning garden
Aptly named Casa Joya (meaning jewel) is a magnificent holiday rental villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa village.
Casa Joya is a beautifully decorated, fully renovated, spacious four-bedroom, house
Single storey, the villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers
The living and dining room are open plan, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Enjoy sumptuous white sofas, a wood burning fire and superb garden views. The elegant kitchen has every possible appliance and leads out to a covered terrace and BBQ are.
Botanists will love the mature garden, bursting with flowers and a wonderful soft lawn (not easy to achieve in Mallorca!) The garden is at the front of the house and includes a calm seating area, ideal for your morning coffee
