The villa has been designed to an extremely high standard, with a wonderful infinity pool on the lower level (8m x 4m) which features a counter-current swimming jet. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking and there is no shortage of sunloungers for relaxing after a cooling swim.
The terraces on the lower level and the ground floor are well furnished and extend along the length of the property so you can make the most of the amazing views - there is a lovely, chill out space too, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
Inside, the villa is exceptionally light and airy. Constructed using high quality materials, attention to detail is second to none. The windows across the front of the property are made of high-tech glass which filters out 98% of UV sun rays, so the rooms are bathed in soft, natural Mediterranean light.

Aptly named Casa Joya (meaning jewel) is a magnificent holiday rental villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa village
Casa Joya is a beautifully decorated, fully renovated, spacious four-bedroom, house.
Single storey, the villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers.
