Villa Jacellia is a beautiful villa in a landscaped garden located in the residential area of Crestatx.
Between the towns of Pollensa and Sa Pobla with their great selection of restaurants and shops
The garden is enormous over 3000m2, a section is lawn, some landscaped and the top of the garden is wild wood land
There is a swimming pool, 11m x 6m and a jaccuzi which can be heated on request, there is an additional charge for this service. A gas barbecue is available.
The house is split onto 3 levels.
Ground floor, is the entrance, living area, dining room, modern kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main double room has access to it’s private terrace with amazing views of the area.
All bedrooms can be either two singles or a large double.
The basement area is a large games room with billiards, table for playing cards, workstation with screen, small secondary lounge with television, there is also a bar down here if you require a pub
There is air conditioning throughout the villa and for the winter full gasoil central heating.
High speed Wi-Fi is available all over the house and there are 3 televisions with international channels available.
Crestatx is a residential area, there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance, you will need to hire a car when staying in the villa.

Aptly named Casa Joya (meaning jewel) is a magnificent holiday rental villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa village
Casa Joya is a beautifully decorated, fully renovated, spacious four-bedroom, house.
Single storey, the villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two twins (they can also be set up as double beds). Conveniently, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have baths (including a hydro-massage bath), ideal for little travellers.
