New for 2023, Villa Llenyater is a charming two-bedroom villa with a pool, located just 1 km from the beautiful town of Pollensa
The outdoor space is fantastic. Set in a flower-filled garden with wonderful views of the local mountain, Puig de Maria, the highlight of this pristine villa is the sun-drenched terrace and magnificent 11m x 4m swimming pool. There is also a built-in barbecue, sunloungers, table tennis, outdoor dining table and a covered seating area, complete with rattan chairs and brightly coloured cushions. - a perfect place to relax on a sunny day.
Access to the pool is via Roman steps, making it easy for all guests. Plus, there is a fun children´s swimming area within the pool.
Villa Llenyater is open plan and single-storey, making it a very inviting and practical holiday villa. The sitting room is cosy, with leather sofas, TV, and an excellent selection of books.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and access to the patio. We particularly like the Mediterranean details such as exposed stone walls and recesses and splashes of bright colour – making it a true home-from-home villa experience.
The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with a bath and separate WC. The second twin bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom including a combined bath/overhead shower.
There are so few two bedroom villas for rent. Especially so close to Pollensa town. It is the ideal choice for a family of four, or two couples. Almost full for 2023. Don´t miss out!

S´Encantament has three large bedrooms, all with excellent quality mattresses. There is a double room on the ground floor and two double rooms on the first floor. One of the doubles can also be a twin, making it an excellent choice for families or a small group of friends. All bedrooms have their own brand new, stylish bathroom – two have a shower and one a bath.
The villa is accessed via a good road and has a private, electric gate and smooth driveway, making for easy driving and safe for children.
It really is the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday!
