An easy walk (just 750 metres!) to the stunning Llenaire beach, Llenaire Nine is a large, five bedroom villa in one of the most enviable locations in Puerto Pollensa.
Built on two floors, this gorgeous holiday villa has five bedrooms. Ideal for two families or an unforgettable, multi-generational holiday.
The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, all ensuite and with direct access to terraces. One of which leads to the magnificent ‘Crow’s Nest’ terrace offering unbeatable sea and Tramuntana mountain views. The sunsets are uncredible from here! The terrace is accessed via an open metal spiral staircase (adults: please accompany children at all times!)
On the ground floor there is a large family suite, comprising a seating area, two bedrooms, one ensuite with a bath and shower and the other a family bathroom with shower.
Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living area with direct access to a covered dining terrace and seating for 10. Perfect for long family meals with garden and pool views.
The highlight of this family villa is the outside space. Imagine glorious palm trees and Mediterranean plants, multiple terraces including a children´s play area, sunbathing areas with hotel grade sun loungers, a charcoal bbq and a fabulous swimming pool.
As well as air conditioning throughout, the villa has 250Mb Broadband and a 65 inch smart TV.
A pool fence is available upon request, to give you extra piece of mind.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- This villa is ideal for families , multi generational groups and couples. We do not accept large groups of unrelated young adults under 30, stag or hen parties, or events. Maximum 10 guests. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with local laws restricting outside noise after midnight . Accordingly there is also a strict no-party policy.
- In accordance with environmental concerns and recommendations the AC will be available in the bedrooms from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM and from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- To increase security, the villa has two external, actively recording smart cameras which record video and audio. The cameras overlook the front street entrance gate and the side street entrance gate.
- To maintain guest and neighbour comfort, an electronic device measures/reports; internal temperature, humidity, accoustic noise levels, cigarette smoke and smoke/C02 alarm sirens. The device does not record conversations.
- The lush garden sometimes requires 2-4 hour special maintenance visits ( watering, spraying ,cutting). If this work cannot be performed on a Saturday, at the start of your stay you will be notified about the timing so, if appropriate , you have the opportunity to adjust your plans for that day.
- Smoking is prohibited
- The property benefits from super fast fibre broadband and a smart TV with access to global TV channels
- Bathrooms are well proportioned and since 2008 have been decorated in traditional Spanish style (vibrantly coloured small ceramic tiles as opposed to being minimalist modern and neutral). The kitchen is practical, well equipped but with an emphasis on function as opposed to any modern sleek styling.
- Restricted pool use. To allow routine pool maintenance /chemical water treatment, two days a week (or possibly three days in periods of very high temperature) the swimming pool cannot be used between 7am and 9 am.
- SES prevention of terrorism disclosure rules. By law we are unable to grant you access to the villa unless prior to arrival and at the request of the property manager, your group leader provides personal passport information for each member of your party (including children)

Can Sessanta is a luxury villa in the exclusive, residential area of El Vila. It has spectacular sea views and a lovely pool, just five minutes´ drive from Puerto Pollensa
Modernised in 2018, the house is in perfect condition and has some beautiful paintings and sculptures. The outdoor space is exceptional. The highlight is an enormous terrace overlooking Puerto Pollensa bay. Have lunch under the wonderful pergola whilst watching the boats on the glistening Mediterranean sea, or have a cool drink in the comfortable seating area.
The pool is an oasis with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and a lawn.
Inside, the sitting room is large and very welcoming and there is a separate area for watching TV as well as an office if you need to catch up with a spot of work. The kitchen is very well equipped
