The beautiful pool (105 square metres) is perfect for a cooling swim after sunbathing on the terrace. It is surrounded by spectacular gardens, bursting with Mediterranean plants, fruit trees and a vineyard. There is a dedicated yoga lawn with breathtaking views - classes can be arranged on request - and if you are feeling energetic, you can practise your serve on the tennis court
There is a choice of terraces for formal or informal al fresco dining for up to 12 guests with both gas and charcoal barbecues available. This luxury rental villa comes with a private chef!
The house is equally as delightful. There are many original features and artistic touches and all of the rooms in the villa are finished to an extremely high standard. The spacious open-plan living area has satellite TV. There is a snooker table in a separate area and from the sitting room there is direct access to the outdoor covered dining terrace. The formal indoor dining room offers seating for up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a separate breakfast table.
The six bedrooms in this luxury rental property are just as impressive. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and four are upstairs on the first floor. The wonderful food that was cooked superbly by Edith was unbelievable and Christyna and Pepe were fantastic. I am reluctant to comment anymore as I want Can Melcion to myself, but folks if you're looking for the best holiday ever come to Can Melcion, I'm already booking for next year!!!!

This pretty holiday villa is situated in Crestatx, a residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa
Your holiday starts as soon as you go through the majestic iron gates. The villa has a beautiful garden with 34 palm trees, hence the name ´La Palmeras´. There is a lovely, swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, with a waterfall, as well both an outdoor charcoal barbecue, gas BBQ.
There is also a shower room by the pool and a pond - complete with fish and terrapins!
The holiday villa has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated. The accommodation is divided into two separate, self-contained units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms.
Each part of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they have their own entrances. There are 5 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom next to the pool.
The ground floor opens out onto the gardens, pool, barbecue and a covered terrace. The first floor also has a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool as well as a large roof terrace with views of the mountains which is a real sun trap.
The villa is just 5 minutes´ drive away is the beautiful town of Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bars, and a charming Sunday market. The pretty sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 15 minutes by car
The villa is a perfect retreat in peaceful surroundings. It is ideal for two families to share, or for a group of friends
